CF Hopesource would like to thank and acknowledge everyone who supports and participates in our fundraising events. These events not only play a key part in raising finance to deliver our goals but just as importantly they raise awareness.

Ashbourne
Church Choir Presents Cheque for €5,000
To
celebrate 30 years of th Ashbourne Church Choir, the choir released a
Christmas CD: In Quiet Silence. All profits from the CD were donated to
the Cystic Fibrosis Hopesource Foundation. The CD was a huge sucess
with all copies selling out in just three weeks.
CF
Hopesouce Foundation gratefully accepted the cheque at the choir's annual
carol service. The money will go towards new outpatient facilities for
Cystic Fibrosis patients in Temple Street Childrens Hospital and Beaumont
Hospital, Dublin.

Thanks to Eimear Machale and her old school mates who raised funds by holding a raffle for CF Hopesource. They had makeup donated by Brenda McCormick, Freelance Journalist, and beverages donated by Colin Buckley of GEA. Eimear was also one of the runners in the mini marathon. Well done Eimear

4th Annual Cystic Fibrosis Hopesource Golf Classic - Monday 25th August
CF Hopesource has benefited enormously from the support given to the Golf Classic over the past number of years.

Gael Force 6 - Sat 23rd August
Wayne Byrne and Andrew Hayes completed the Gael Force 6 challenge in Westport on Saturday the 23rd August, in aid of CF Hopesource Foundation.
The race was over 65km including running approx. 22km (mountain run over Croagh Patrick), Cycling approx 40km and kayaking approx 1.6km

This is the second fundraiser that Wayne has done for CF Hopesource and the guys raised €500 from their colleagues in Anglo Irish Bank and without question they put themselves through the most gruelling ordeal to achieve that.

Silver Lining Walk - Saturday 16th June
The Wicklow Way is the route of this years Silver Lining sponsored walk and Cystic Fibrosis Hopesource is one of the three designated charities that will be promoted and supported by this years event . Dust off your walking shoes, tell anyone who might be interested. The walk starts in the morning and you'll be home with your feet up by 7pm.
